Crime rate’s down. Economy sucks, but both sides are fucking up hard. Culture sucks, but the 1950s weren’t any fun either. Didn’t the last generation of white racists say that about the other generation? And the generation before?
Just to annoy white racists: the worst people in my school are a bunch of white kids who hang out at the back of the bus. But those guys will never get kicked out by you because they’re white, and all white, non-liberal people are perfect.

Did MLK ever condemn Malcolm X? What about Stokely Carmichael? What about North Vietnam? If MLK was seriously committed to “non-violence,” then why did he hang out with black nationalists like Carmichael who glorified violence?

MLK never worked with Malcolm X, and he isn’t supposed to apologize for him, like white people shouldn’t apologize for the Holocaus…nope, shit, didn’t happen guyz. Most white nationalists make Carmichael look like a kitten.
The only reason MLK has a statue on the national mall is because the MSM glamorized him (with their powerful new tool called television) and turned him into a manufactured black celebrity. Why not put a statue of Paris Hilton on the National Mall?
He was the leader of a movement against what is generally conceived as a terrible institution. That’s why people revere him too much, like the founding fathers are all revered too much (Both Jefferson and King had sex out of wedlock, but nobody calls either out). Why can’t you see other people’s points of view?
Lincoln raised an army to attack the Southern states. His irresponsible actions led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people. Bravo.

Read an article about a Republican taking Weiner’s place. So many idiodic comments about OBAMA! LIBERALS! YOU’RE GOING DOWN! and how Obama is a socialist communist monster who is going to destroy Israel (I thought he was their puppet?) Typical immature, far right bullshit. But there was this great comment:
All you morons who love to bash the rich … did it not occur to you that this is one country where you can become rich also? Many poor immigrants to this country within a few years reached the American Dream and made millions, and if you are poor and stuck in a rut, you have yourself to blame — NOBODY IS HOLDING YOU BACK but your asinine view of the world and your own idiotic small mind!!!

BTW it is the rich in this country that open business, create jobs, keep the money flowing in the economy, invest in the financial markets (to fund businesses that expand and create jobs). It is the rich that we have theme parks, nice hotels, supermarkets filled with zillions types of producsts, and zillions of choices in everything at the retail level. Some countries have only 1 brand of bread for example!!! Many countries don’t have the rich … they are called 3rd world. So before you drive away all the rich and investment in this country, think of the USA WITHOUT the rich … that would truly be a huge 3rd world country.

Read more graphic novels. One real good one was Blankets. Over 400 pages long, but I finished it in a day. Pretty sad. Kind of makes me worried, too. Would the person I love go away if we had miles between us? That…doesn’t seem right. Whatever, good book, check it out.

Got my first job today: During lunch, I move food from place to place so people can buy it or store it. I get $3.50 in lunch credit for 25 minutes. I don’t need the money, but I want the experience. Can’t eat hamburgers everyday, so I think I might give away my credit once in a while.

Days ago, I watched two kid’s shows, one from today, and one from the past: MAD and Secret Squirrel.
MAD was a kid’s Robot Chicken, pretty much consisting of bad puns and references. I heard Seth Greene as Captain American, and I kind of lost it. This show…man, I should have recorded my reaction. I was pissed. Just ask my sister.
Secret Squirrel was actually…FUNNY! Not perfect, but leagues better compared to MAD. SS and Morocco Mole have to find out who is stealing the art from the musuem. They find out it is a Chameleon, who “blends in” with the art to become a part of it’s world. The art is actually real, CLASSICAL art, although the nudes are replaced with female anthro bunnies.
They come up with a way to capture him when they find a room artwork that hasn’t been touched. They cover the art, and then trap him in the room when he enters. They the reveal the art: MODERN art. The Chameleon proceeds to freak out, unable to “blend in” with the pictures because of their odd shapes, colors, and meanings. They then squish him with a canvass, turning him into a piece of modern art.
See what I mean when I say our culture has jumped the shark?

Saw a largeish 80s anime collection, but I couldn’t bring myself to buy any of them because they looked so generic. And this is coming from the person who bought Lensman. My sister bought Ghost in the Shell, so we will see how that is.

Watched Memories. It is an anime made up of three short films. The first is a great sci-fi (and is the only one about memories). The second is a great comedy. The third…has a very interesting idea and unique animation…but needs a LOT more narrative.
A-. Great, but not excellent.
P.S. – Robot Carnival is upgraded to a B+.
P.S.S. – No, IMDB, Toy Story 3 is NOT the best animated movie of all time. I mean…come ON!!!
